I forgot the password to the App and pressed “forgot?” to create a new password. I sent you an email with a link. Tapped the link, but only returns to the same place I was in the App. I can't change my password.

Same here. Deleted the app a few days ago due to web issues. Reinstalled app and did not get logged in, did not accept username and password. New password as mentioned above just brings me to the login page. So now I don't have a working app on my mobile
