Hacked means that somebody found a security hole in the system.
Was there a security hole ? How do you know it was hacked ?

Thomas Reistad: what do you call an action of transferring my household to somebody else without my authorization that accepted this transfer and I receive an email 1am in the morning confirming that the operation was completed? Then, my smart hub was deleted and even trying to bring MY smart hub to my account, the system says that, the smart hub inside my house could not be transferred back to me because was linked to another user? Just to confirm here that FutureHome confirmed that they had done this operation WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE AND MY AUTHORIZATION. We are now ALMOST A WEEK, and I cannot have my household back to my name. So, in summary, maybe HACKED is not the right word but something else. I accept suggestions what this is may be called.

Sergio G L Zubelli: this is called operator error. HACK means there is a vulnerability, of technical nature somewhere, operator error is something different . Sad to hear , but happy that there is no hole to hack. So Futurehome has been scammed into , or by error reassigned your hub.

Thomas Reistad: Now, after pushing for answers, afetr NOT be communicated about the error, you are right in saying it was an operator error. But, what to say about NOT communicating me about the "error" and change configuration WITHOUT my knowledge and authorization in the middle of the night? NOT informing the user and household about the "operator error" and just informing when I pushed for answers. How is it called? Also, the operator error remains WITHOUT solution. And I must be sad to have this system installed, this is the truth.
