If you try to control a light from the app it will send 2 commands, one for on and one with the brightness level. Sometimes the ON command will cancel out the brightness command, and the light will not change.

Happens for me randomly, not able to reproduce consistently.

Using new app change dim with slider sends both 'cmd.lvl.set' and 'cmd.binary.set'. Old app sends only 'cmd.lvl.set'. When 'binary' is sent after 'lvl' device remains on prev level as described above.
