Han meter - Kamstrup AMS not working

Seems we who have the “wrong” Kamstrup AMS meter is left in the dark and just have to sit and wait patiently - No updates nor information about how you are working to fix this issue, only “we will call you when we have a solution” - This is not very satisfying, and you should start to give us weekly update on the progress. Is it possible to change to another HAN-meter from a different supplier? Or, should we rather change to Homey?

We are working hard to solve this issue. But I can agree that the communication hasn't been great. We are working closely with our supplier of the HAN-sensor and with Kamstrup. We will very soon come back to you with more information regarding this. In the meantime, belive me when I say we work hard on this issue.
Btw, this feedback form is ment for product development and bug reporting. Your post falls more in between with bug report, some feedback directly and questions. Our forum (forum.futurehome.io) is a better place for bigger comments and feedback like this. Wish to see you there :D
