There should be a user-determined price-point where PowerManager regulates consumption based on energy-price!

Setting the percentage is useless when the price fluctuates between 0,02-0,04 NOK/kWh and PowerManager only sees a price difference of 100%

Let the user select a entry price for PowrManager!
