I guess this depends on the plans for the new hub, and if this is capable of communication with Enocean devices. But my case is that I have the old FH hub with quite a few EnOcean actuators in my house. I would like to keep using these. I see from some comments that the new FH hub can use a USB stick with an EnOcean transmitter to make the new hub communicate with the old actuators. But would it be possible to set up the old hub to work as a transmitter? I also use IFTTT to integrate with Hue, which now turns into a monthly cost as IFTTT changes their business model. This is another motivation to upgrade to the new FH hub, to include the Hue directly in my system. Another option is perhaps if the FH app seamlessly could operate with both old and new hub at the same time. Then the connection between them may not be necessary?
