Anders:This post is marked as COMPLETE, but still the effect measurement is not reported correctly in FH.

Anders: please fix this watt seems to be reported 1/10 of actual value. My dryer does not use only 154W when drying

I myself was in touch with futurehome support back in August/September 2021, so things really take time...
This is what one from Datek itself replies on another forum:
Futurehome has not implemented support for the cluster we use to report power draws.
In short, there are two ways to do this. Since in its time we developed this plug as a Wattmeter, we used the zigbee cluster for this. Most other people use a different one.
It's a small chore to post support for a new cluster, but FH almost gets to answer this himself.
Both in Eva, HA, Homey and Smartthings, the plug shows power draw.

Espen Håland: Does it take for granted that you guys look at all the values it reports?
Power, temperature, power draw etc.?

Espen Håland: when can we expect this to be fixed, most of us here have bought these because they stood and still stand as suported device in their list, it has been reported in from alerte at the start of November...

I request that Futurehome provide support for this plugin. It's so slim that I can fit two in a double socket.
- Zigbee 3.0 certified
- Measures power draw
- Melt-proof
- Nemko certified
- Designed and developed in Norway
- 16A

I bought two of them, but the disappointment was great.
Measuring power draw and temperature does not work.

Let's continue in English here. I guess futurehome can calculate this based on amps and voltage. Or isn't she/portal designed to do conversions?

I received this answer on my support case on December 28, 2021:
Unfortunately, it has been found that this one fails to communicate correct values to our hub.
We are in communication with Datek regarding this, and hope to have a solution in place over the New Year.

I have three of these as well - all of them are showing -32768.0 W for both p_export_max, p_export_min, p_import, and effekt.

Is there any progress on this one? This is what I got from support back in September.
“Now we see that this is because of the way it retrieves energy measurements that our system doesn't have a solution for right now.
This is something we are aware of and it is a priority to work on going forward.
Sorry again for the trouble.”
