I would like to be able to delay when notifications on movement etc should arrive after activating the away/vacation mode.

Starting to get pretty tired of all the notifications every time away mode is set with mode switch when I leave home

Espen Håland Think I have a similar need - want rooms with motion sensor to turn off the light 10 min without presence in the room. That's not possible (with in-app automation) today because delay can only be “added between” two (set of) devices (which can be turned on/off etc.). It is suitable for turning on lights and then off after a while, but not for a general automation that makes sure that rooms where there are no ones in have lights turned off...

I often receive a notification telling me that the door is open and a second later closed during mode change. 
Seems like it's a timing issue.
