adax 1.1.1

Adax devices now report total energy consumption in kWh since installation.
If setpoint bigger than 35, newTemp is set to 35, as 35 is max temperature for Adax.

Users who have already installed and configured the integration needs to synchronize devices to get energy readings in the app. This can be done by going to Futurehome app -> Playgrounds -> Adax -> settings -> advanced settings -> "sync".
